Foundations Course
- In the Foundations Course, we explore your spiritual autobiography, which allows you to more deeply understand where you are at this point in your journey. We learn to still the 21st century mind and to live aligned with What Matters Most. This creates a powerful foundation from which to step into your life’s next phase.
- Foundations includes guided spiritual coaching sessions, together with Foundations homework in stilling the mind and what matters most.
- This is a 3-month program that requires a 1-2 hour per week commitment.
Spiritual Temperament Assessment
- This assessment draws upon decades of research and centuries of wisdom to deliver a 21st century view into your spiritual temperament. The assessment delivers your primary and secondary spiritual type along with customized spiritual practices well suited for who you are.
- The assessment requires 1 hour.
There’s-Only-One-of-Me Integrated Life Plan
- The There’s-Only-One-of-Me Integrated Life Plan combines spiritual counseling with decades of business experience to deliver your clear life vision. In short order, you will have both the long term vision toward which you are working, as well as the short-term plan to start getting there.
- Your plan will cover all important aspects of your life, bringing your inner wisdom and heart’s desire to the surface so they can be followed.
- This plan requires 1-2 hours per year to develop. In addition, many people work with me quarterly to help keep their plan thriving; this level of work requires an additional 1 hour per month.
